Not really relevant. Jewelry has a much higher alloy content compared to gold coins so you would expect it to tone especially when it's in contact with your body.

AGE are 22k = .916 fine with the rest copper
but even some .9999 US Mint gold has colored up - surface contamination or 0.0001 alloy toning is suspected.
