Yeah, that's the way you do it. Nicely done. I bet they don't have that in Baleyville.

Very nice indeed, though I would have enjoyed a bikini or two in the background, just saying.

    Awesome, comrade aloha, very refreshing!

I've been away for a few days, (stayed at the Liberty Hotel in Boston, but didn't have time to e-surf) nice return to the warm island greeting.

Looking forward to a Hawaiian vacation this winter, save me a seat at the bar, the pupu platter is on me!

Retiring to HI would be great

I hear there's some land that recently opened up on the big island ...

I discovered that retirees don't pay state tax. Not there yet.

This was Cohodkville last week. Gotta balance those mai-tai with bacon wrapped venison fillet. image

Here's the customary picture of our shoes while we were drinking them..

Baleyville is beautiful. Thank you for taking time on such short notice, I'll definately be back. I hope that pic doesn't confuse our in house conspiracists too badly.

BTW --I got a 2015 cent in change later that day.

Hi Renski, all is well in SoCal, but if the SHTF, we'll bug out and this will be my view from the back porch for a while.

@Baley...Nice view and I am sure it is well off the 'beaten trail'....looks similar to the country around here (Catskill Mountains)... Cheers, RickO

Hi RickO, thanks. It's in the Cascade mountains. Close guess! ;)

Beautiful country all right. Here's the deck the previous pic was taken from

We're on the grid up there, but if said grid goes down, life goes on... and better in some ways.
It's nice to spend some time away from electronic screens once in a while ;)

Very nice... and I agree.... time away from electronic screens - and other hassles - is most rewarding. Cheers, RickO
