Tough to tell grade from the pic, but I'm about AU-63.

This particular DM doesn't come particularly well struck, so MS-63 is my final vote

It's tough to tell if it has any actual wear from a digital photo, but the area around the face and in front of the profile suggests some rub. Also, the high points of the drapery are a little darker. Luster pretty much disappears in photos on original toned Bust coins, so no idea there. I'll take the "under" and go with PCGS AU58. It's probably worth more in an AU58 holder than an MS62 holder due to the "Everyman Effect!" image

Personally, I was shocked to see it graded at AU55. I agreed with any grade between 58 and 62. When i get bored, I will resubmit it.

58 would not have been that surprising, but 55 is. It's hard to tell of the weakness at the high points is genuine circulation wear or a strike issue.

I attributed it more to the latter, because I am familiar with the inconsistencies in the strike quality of these coins. Give this one another shot at the grading house.
