I passed this thread up the first time but opened it the second time I seen it. Now I'm glad I got to see your wife's coins. She has a good collector eye indeed.
<< <i>Pretty Cool. Congrats, I've tried to get my wife into it. But no luck. Did you have to push her a little, or did she show interest right away? >>
I'm curious as well.............
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
I will trade you three 1876-p Seated dimes for just your one 1876 double dime! Yes, they will be culls, but you have the words "trade" and "nut" in your screen name, so I've got my hopes up.
On a more serious note, these are all gorgeous proofs I'd love to own, each being well worth whatever was paid.

She likes pretty - doesn't really care that they are coins.

As always, great taste, beautiful coins for your wife's collection. You can never go wrong with that combination. We all collect in the areas we can afford, so thank you for showing us the beauties that you find as they are beyond the reach of most of us. Great Eye!

"My friends who see my collection sometimes ask what something costs. I tell them and they are in awe at my stupidity." (Baccaruda, 12/03).I find it hard to believe that he (Trump) rushed to some hotel to meet girls of loose morals, although ours are undoubtedly the best in the world. (Putin 1/17) Gone but not forgotten. IGWT, Speedy, Bear, BigE, HokieFore, John Burns, Russ, TahoeDale, Dahlonega, Astrorat, Stewart Blay, Oldhoopster, Broadstruck, Ricko, Big Moose, Cardinal.
Very Cool...my wife collects my tears, right after she collects what's left in my bank account...it happens about twice per month, so there are plenty of tears in her collection

<< <i>The last coin is not a dime and doesn't match your set. Please sell it to me
It's a double dime.
