1959 25 cent crazy frost white?

well this was in a group of coins I got today and just finished sorting through and it is crazy frosty white the cart wheels are there and it is even reflective which I know you can not see in the pics. Any opinions will be appreciated thanks. image

    I had an 1878cc Morgan dollar in MS 64 that had that same frost on the devices, mostly obverse. It was graded by NGC and I must admit the more I looked at it, the more I thought it was doctored. That's not to say yours is, but I just never felt it was natural.
    On your coin it does have some darker spots of toning, so probably not enhanced. These things are why TPGs "PCGS" exist besides a fluid market place. Best of Luck, Mike

    Based on the pictures, it doesn't have much eye appeal from where I sit. Sorry.

    Too many little stains and streaks, even if there is cartwheel luster there.

    With luster, it might be just OK... not "crazy frost white" by a longshot.

    You're doin' all right with the circ Barber quarters, though.

  • when i stated crazy frost white I was stating that the coin was very white more so than normal .
