The numeral '4' does not match up with the picture in my redbook. The genuine one seems to have the underlying stem of the 4 running parallel with the regular 4. The link shows the underying stem of the 4 at a slant. So, IMO, it is suspicious.
But I will use my normal disclaimer; I am not an expert in this series, do not play one on TV, and I did not stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night. My advice and $1.50 will entitle you to a cup of coffee at McD's.
It's a pretty fair job of adding metal to make it look real, but it's absolutely a fake in my opinion. The photo on the left is the eBay coin; the one on the right is a PCGS-66+ from a Heritage auction.
There's no sign of doubling in the right side of the opening of the 4, nor on the underside of its crossbar. There's also not nearly enough at the junction of the crossbar and the vertical 'post' in the 4. Equally glaring is, there's nothing around the end of the upper loop of the 2.
