I just noticed that the 50th Anniversary of the Assassination of The President
falls on the same day this year, on a Friday.

Just thought that was kind of unusual.

Not unusual. 50 years times 365 days is 18,250 days.

Plus 13 leap days is 18,263 days, which divided by 7 is 2,609 weeks even. So, Friday to Friday.

Now, from 2013 to 2063 there are only 12 leap days, so it will be one day off.

TGIF, but not on that day or the one to come which commemorates such a day or date. At least there is nothing I can think of about that day in my life, that would ever commemorate what transpired then, as it were and as it will always be. A travesty, a crime. A world without peace dollars.
