it's all about customer service... any company executive worth his/her salt would definitely forward incoming messages to the right department correctly and happily, especially if someone chooses to make them self visible in a customer service role (as in, they take part in the moderating of a publicly available forum)...
any public CEO who chooses to act as if they're a suit wearing, cigar chomping ticker tape reading caricature, behind the scenes building empires with no time for customers? they dont exist anymore. I truly believe that.
that being said, I ain't emailing anyone higher than a board admin of my own choosing
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
When I went past 10,000 a few years ago, I sent a PM to carolj requesting that she add my title. Hopefully she is still here and can help you with your title.
