Came across this ad on Craigslist. No pic on the ad so asked him to send me one. Could it be real?

That makes good sense. Anyone willing to check out an item they had to pay that much for is telling the "seller" "Hey, I got loads of cash and it is probably on me right now in case I decide to buy.."
