Need help from the Buffalo people 1918/7?

what are the markers for this coin as I was looking at PCGS for the pics and this coin is very similar at this grade. Could this be one or is it just damage? I do see the scratch going across the top but the top is flat?

Both of the holes in the 8 will have flat sides where the 7 intersects.
The lower hole in your 8 doesn't have that, so yours is not an 8/7.
