My Gougeous Buffalo Nickel

....Lame joke, I know. But just thought I'd show this 1913 T1 5c that I saw had a few things going on with the obverse and reverse, mainly the huge gouge on the obverse between the feather and neck. Also a small spike on his chin, goiter on the throat, and the clashing? on "of America" and "E Pluribus Unum" caught my eye. Let me know what you think on a grade. I'm no good at grading this series! (I know it's impossible to grade accurately from pictures, but play along)
FYI: it is NOT in an NGC holder, just used the prongs.
