Opinions on this 57-D, PMD or ?

Thought this one looked interesting. Sellers photos and coins in the mail but seeking thoughts on GW's Head, Cheek and neck areas. Also thought I spotted what appears to be another D above the true mint mark. My 13 year old Daughter took a look and said " Looks like PMD" to which my wife said "PMD what's that?"...lol...
