I have a bag that i opened and i opened 5 rolls from it and every roll had 5 or more D/D's in it so i know that it was never looked at keept the rest of the rolls in the bag i think it was a 59-D or a 60-D. But this guy is a rip off.
Wow...surprised there is not a booklet 'How to make thousands selling mystery rolls on eBay' included! Maybe if there was I would be interested, but without specific instructions I don't think I could figure it out
The only thing he needs to complete the offer is information about proper proportions for each decade of wheat penny production.
How many pennies and dimes do I get for my money? He doesn't say so.If I bought the coins and didn't look at them for scarce dates and varieties prior to packaging, they would be unsearched by me would they not?
I think scam is too strong a word to use for this auction. It appears to me that the bags of Indian Heads,Lincoln Teens and Twenties are relatively large compared to the Thirties,Forties, and Fifties bags.
If not a $&*t load of culls and excessively worn coins present might not be all that bad a deal for the enterprising penny dealer. Is that a 1922 no D I see in the '20's group?

<< <i>The funniest part is he even has a bag in the picture marked unsearched...... a scammer till the end >>
Hard to feel bad for those that buy these rolls on eBay though when the scam is so painfully obvious.
