Extremely weak. Amazing that with all the people on eBay like those two buyers, that PWCC could generate 21,000 positives before receiving a negative.

Agreed, lame. I have bought a few times from PWCC now, perfect transactions from my point of view.

Ive dealt with the first person to leave a negative with no problems luckily. Sucks that people cant try to get it figured out before just leaving a negative on a good seller.
