    Someone actually listed that for $24.99 Canadian as a BIN? Hard to believe it's legit. Possibly someone listed it, had a friend BIN right away and was trying to manipulate the price going forward???

    It's was most likely listed with the wrong BIN price.

    I thought I had a deal with this 1993 Finest Refractor but the descriptions number matches the 1994 card so it's just the wrong image.
