What are the chances this blurred CC is fake?

Seller had difficulty with this CC but was able to produce decent image of his other coin listings, hmmmmm........

This is what I think the MM looks like. Tough to tell but it has the signs of a BS MM.

The bottom pic is a known fake that I shot. Maybe I'm seeing things from combing Ebay for the last 3 hours.

That's a helluva rim ding at 9:00 and the wear is pretty, well, significant. Unless it's an 89 or 93, it's pretty much melt anyway. However, looking at it through the blurry image it does look like genuine wear and the color is right...

If I had to wager, I'd bet that the blurry-picture coin is genuine, with the tall "CC" style used for all years of Morgan Dollars except 1878.

I think its real - however the quality of the coin sucks and is not worth much over melt to me. It is one of those "subpar" coins. I have gotten some great buys with blurry photos.
