UNREAL...MORE POPPAGE TODAY! Really not bragging. Just happy with results (except the Ripken which I thought was a 9) and wanted to share.

I have to say...the turnaround times for me have been EXCELLENT on all my submissions. received 8/2 - logged 8/19 (July 45 day special)

As one who is waiting on his MAY (today is day 76) special, I am not amused. Seriously, it would be much better customer service to work first-in, first-out. I do not complain, though, when I get moved to the front of the line.

It baffles me that they aren't doing some semblance of FIFO. I haven't submitted a bunch, but I don't get the method.

Agreed. Not sure how the priority works on specials. I happened to be on the good end this time but that can change which concerns me on future subs.

Perhaps it's quantity? I subbed exactly 25
