Outside of the Mint, my ebay favorites, and international venues, I only pre-ordered the first bullion puck set and 2013 West Point set.
I am anticipating pre-ordering a PCGS RP70 Buff my question is:
Who do you recommend (the Best/cheapest)
Who do you avoid (the worst)
Not to bash any business, just looking for good references to place my order
