I'm already in 2 leagues, and with law school ramping up, I don't think I'm going to be able to play in 3.

I'll give my spot up in this league so someone else can enjoy it.

    Good luck!!

I'll play again!! And I know of at least one other CU member who wants to play, may have enough for 2 leagues??

Here's one vote for moving the draft to ANY weeknight at about 9:00 PM. Weekends are terrible for me.

No problem Reed. I figured I might get your response at the show on Thursday when I see you as I'm sure you've been busy setting up, but thanks for giving someone else a shot to play. We'll miss having you in the league this season.

Still getting my bearing after coming back from the National, but I wanted to let everyone know that the league is set for another season.

Just a quick reminder that I forgot to put in my original post, a rookie Commish mistake. image Please put your CU name somewhere in your team name as it makes it easier to recognize the guys.

Everyone should have received their invite except Mike (mknez) and Rod (wrestlingcardking) which will be sent once I get your PM's with your email addresses. If you haven't, please let me know.

Looking forward to another great season!!!

I sent an email to you, but figured I'd post it here too. I adjusted the league setting to reflect our league as a PPR league and did away with the fractional points like we've had it set the previous two seasons.

If you guys notice anything else, please let me know. Thanks!!!

Yahoo's "Draft Grades" are pretty interesting to read. Take a look at them if you haven't already.

<< <i>Yahoo's "Draft Grades" are pretty interesting to read. Take a look at them if you haven't already. >>

I thought the same thing Jeff.

They gave me a grade of "B", said my receivers sucked but I was strong at RB and TE.

I was adjusting my rankings on the fly for the PPR league. I ended up with guys like Randall Cobb, Ray Rice, and Jason Witten who I would NOT have wanted as early as I picked them in a standard format.

It was a fun draft. We'll see if I can't outperform my Yahoo Project 6th place finish.

That was my fault. I thought it was set up by default as a PPR league like in previous years.

Shawn, I really liked your draft and the computer has you picked for 2nd place at 11-2-1. You need to check the current projections and not the draft day projections.

I agree Jeff that the report cards were a pretty interesting read.

That's interesting, I see it now.

The draft report says the following:

    Draft Grade: B

BigRedMachine parlayed a solid draft slot (sixth overall) into a respectable performance. With a mark of 8-6-0 (1,279 points), they're projected to finish sixth in 2013 CU Football League. BigRedMachine waited until the ninth round to secure their top quarterback, picking up Eli Manning with the 118th overall selection. They have the lowest-scoring set of WRs in the league, as they picked up Randall Cobb, Kenbrell Thompkins, Vincent Brown, and Mohamed Sanu for their fantasy stable.

Perhaps the draft report was made BEFORE you changed the settings to PPR, because as I noted, I picked up several players considered much stronger in a PPR format than a standard one. That's why I had my fingers crossed that you could get it changed.

Either way, it was fun, always is. Look forward to playing with you guys the whole year.

Yeah Shawn, it rated your draft based on the initial format which is why it was good that someone asked about whether it was a PPR league or not.

George, great to have you onboard. As we all know, it will come down to who avoids the injury bug and is good at picking up replacements.

I gotta thank Jamaal Charles for carrying my team this year... I lost four of the last five weeks of regular season but Charles blew it up when it really counted. I'm leading by 34 going into tonight's game... Matt has Kaepernick and I have Harry Douglas. I do like my chances. Either way, It's been a fun season!
