No wax on it, it was actually the middle card facing that game card thing or whatever that is in the middle of the pack. So I flipped the cards facing inward out and it was the first inside card.
I'll post the grades when I get them.

Good question on what to put for the declared value...that'll make a difference in the service I have to send it in as well. The last couple sales of psa 9's were around $800 and the last psa 10 went for $4500 according tp VCP. I guess I didn't check the psa 8
Any thoughts??
