Are binders ok to store mid grade vintage?

I have been building a binder of HOFers 1957 thru 1975 sorted by year, all mid grade. I use a D ring binder with BCW PRO 9T, 9 pocket sheets. thoughts? thanks

I've never had luck with binders, not a fan of them at all. I keep all my vintage singles and sets in card savers.

I've never had any issues, and I don't lay them flat. I think some people are just paranoid.

I've used binders with 9 pocket sheets since the mid 80's. My 1970 set looks as good today as it did 26-27 years ago.

In my experience, as long as it's a d-ring binder and as long as it's filled completely and tight, they should be fine. That said, I always recommend putting a heavy gauged plastic sheet in the front and rear, just to be sure no pages get pinched.
