    I would be a buyer in this area, especially at the lower end of the range. But if you are a short term trader and not a stacker I would be for putting a stop at 17.61 and if you like tighter stops then raise it to 8-12 cents under the recent low. Conspiracy or not this is a good buying opportunity until it proves it is not.
