It all depends. If you're talking to a woman, there are no answers for a reason.

Failure to answer is an admission of guilt or that something's fishy. "I refuse to answer on the grounds it may incrimminate me." Has nothing to do with the question.

Failure to answer indicates the topic must be pursued to ferret out the truth. Failure to answer is concealment of information. Cheers, RickO

Do you mean like answering a question with another question? I see that done here quite regularly by one poster in particular.

I don't respond to forum questions that
    (1) are an attempt to change the topic at hand
    (2) are an attempt to avoid commenting on the topic at hand
    (3) are a response to an earlier question
    (4) are an attempt to stir an uncalled for response
    (5) I don't know the answer to

Sometimes I don't answer a question because I care not to argue with an idiot. And sometimes I enjoy the entertainment of arguing with an idiot.

  • Absolutely not. It may be due to its invalidity that is causing the non answer.

Unless of course its a valid question such as: How many times must a chartist to be wrong on his market calls before we can rightfully say to the fundamentalist that he's nothing more than a snake charmer with gold wings, and how can we say that chartist is validly wrong in the first place when we haven't given the adequate amount of time to elapse (25+ years) in order to make a valid determination if he was actually wrong or not?

This whole concept of "wrong" when it comes to the chartist is just hocus pocus nonsense. We all know chartist are invariably always right given the proper amount of time and revisionist history telling. Come on fundy's admit it.
