Cello submission specials

Can anyone tell me if psa offers specials on pack/cello submissions?

    Occasionally, yes, usually once per year. Last special was $12 a pack. They have offered $10 a pack in the past, too. You do not need to be a member to submit packs.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
