5th of July Friday Metal Porn

Most are probably on vacation taking a break from the metals game, but I wanted to share this one that arrived this week.
I was finally able to purchase one of these sets complete, the 1969 Hercaimy 6 pc. set. Thought about cleaning it but the electric blue toning on every piece is crazy cool. Gotta keep it original.

My problem is the seller did not have the original box like this below, so technically it's not complete. If anyone has it, I am willing to pay a handsome ransom for it.

I absolutely love that. Immediately went to see what they run for on Ebay and they're very few and far between.

It's metal, 17,000 tons of it empty. Didn't get any tuna, but I made it a point to shoot this ship on the back way into the marina. The USS Salem (CA-139) is a Des Moines–class heavy cruiser. She is currently open to the public as a museum ship in Quincy, Massachusetts. God bless those who served, are serving and those who gave all.
