Africa for Electrical power. Can't really see that helping PM's but it sure can't hurt companies worldwide. Anybody know any good plays? Take care. jws

Could help PMs if the African gold miners get more reliable power. It's been one of their major detractors the past few years, esp. in South Africa. Stopping the slide in
African miners could give a boost to the entire PM sector.
The electricity will be used to power drone bases and NSA listening posts not for the people.
