Very cool tickets. I didn't know psa would grade the proofs. The Tyson ticket is great.

  • That Sullivan Corbett ticket is awsome, been on my want list for sometime now.

Interesting side note My first cousin is John Corbett and his Grandfather Charles Corbett's
Family is from San Francisco All the older family members have gone now but I think there
is a good chance he may be related. He looks very much like James Corbett. There is
also an old picture of the faimly from the 20's or 30's that I have been trying to get a
close look at for sometime now, it may give me some clues if I can remove it from the
    frame

They will grade them but Honestly they are not very good at spotting proofs for soome reason I have seen
many 1960 Olympic tickets without seat numbers that have no mention of being a proof and as an example
the two Ali Inoki tickets above are also proofs as there are no seat numbers printed on the tickets

Here is the only boxing ticket I own. Graziano v Fusari. 1949. Working press. First row. "Ladies Not Admitted." Polo Grounds. Makes for a pretty cool ticket to me. It's a pretty big ticket too. Maybe around 3x7. I'll have to measure later.

Always buying 1971 OPC Baseball packs.
  • Another great example of a Fighter I don’t have yet. I really need to pick up
a Rocky Graziano while I can still afford one

Also would like to get one with the "Ladies Not Admitted." Notation, I have seen this notation before
and always found it an interesting sign of the times. Also have seen tickets from southern states
with notations for separate entrances listed as “Black Entrance USE …. “ & “White Entrance USE …..”

  • WOW !!! Thats sweet. 1960 Olympic trials w/ a 1960 dated Clay signature. That would be the highlight of many collections

  • Awsome, another great item

Scheduled for 45 rounds But only lasted 9

Bloodied and bawling about being held by the huge Texan, "Fireman" Jim Flynn did not last through the 9th, as the state police stepped in to halt the humiliation, according to the New York Times report of the day.
