What would you do.

I am just trying to get opinions on what others would do. I bought a Rutrun of the Jedi series 1 unopened wax box last week and when I received it it was the OPC version. The seller described it as mint and it did in fact come back as mint. In fact, it looks like it was made back in 1983 and never touched after that. His description was a 1983 unopened wax box of Return of the Jedi Movie cards and the picture was that of the Topps version. As I look in the description it does say that he has the OPC version available and not the Topps version like shown in the picture. That was a mistake on my part. I should of taken the time and read the description cafefully. Now he does not put OPC in the description and uses the Topps version in the picture. After emailing him he tells me that the OPC version is rarer and worth more money. My first question is "Is that true" and would opthers return it back to Canada or just keep the box. Like I said it was mint and the only difference was that it says OPC on the bax and the packs have French on them. I wanted the Topps version that I colected when I was young but the box is very nice and if it is rarer maybe I should keep it. Plus I am a bit lazy and don't really want to ship back to Canada. What would others do. The seller wasn't really too wrong because it was in his description but was it a bit shady since he used a different picture and did not put OPC in the title. Opinions please.
