Does PSA grade these?

Anyone familiar with these. I can't quite read the year of production from the pic. I'm assuming they would be "hand cut" if graded.

    I disagree with the "hand cut" - they have perforations...

    I am not familiar with the issue but could see them in a holder...

    When your link didn't work I did a search on EBAY and there are a few in holders that are signed.

    I can't see why they wouldn't grade them.

    Best way to find out is to just email them.

    PSA has a wide wide range of stamps that they will grade, so I would be very surprised if they didn't slab these.
