Best Lebron rc.??

Besides the 1/1,autos which would be considered his best rc.?
I have 5 bb cards Jordan,Magic/Bidr,Wilt/Russell,DR,J all easy cause
they have only 1.Modern must have 20-30.

JR, not sure what you mean by Best, as there are so many definitions( IE most expensive, lowest pop, etc) but his Topps Chrome is a good starting point.

Topps chrome is already selected for the BK future HOF RC set

Most of the time they move that to the RC HOF set when elected.

Most expensive is another matter..........

Chrome. I also love the 03-04 Topps Matrix Lebron/Wade/Bosh card. and if you wanted a Chrome refactor I'd rec. get a nice Lebron RC/Auto instead

Probably not the best card, but I've always liked Sports Illustrated for kids card.

As most of the votes show, for most modern basketball players, the Topps Chrome is considered the main/best base RC. Topps Chrome Refractor is probably the main parallel non-auto card. I don't know if now is the best time to buy, but it also way not be the worst. I'm sure the thought was after last season's championship that his cards were hitting highs (and thus not a good time to buy). Then again they have probably double/tripled since then. In Feb this year you could get a PSA 10 Topps Chrome for $200, by the time the playoffs hit the PSA 10 was selling for $350+. So who knows if this offseason is the lowest the card remains for a while.

Topps chrome is the way to go for modern basketball rookie cards. Lebron's really big RCs are the exquisite RPA as mentioned above and also his SPAuthentic RC.

I would hold off until midsession though. The card is beyond available and youngsters are going insane over him now. Every year the hot card of the champ makes a run just befor and throughout the finals. Once September rolls around it cools a little a prices level off. Also, waiting until mid July when some of the really high end new product releases should take some eyes of LBJ rookies. Basketball collectors are notoriously fickle and will throw all their money at the newest thing.

His "best" rookies are all very limited and cost thousands. Most Lebron collectors would rank them in roughly this order.

Thanks for all the replies, I have a few autos,just not rc. autos. This list looks like the one,I'm gonna get to looking.
