is that a printing mark on the back of the top (left border, almost the bottom) without a super high close up scan, Id go a easy 9 mint....VERY nice cards
Not worth grading. High grade cards can't have the cuts at the bottom middle of the "cards". Usually available in lots or sets on Ebay in similar shape for about $5 each.

Cut is in the bottom of all of them, made that way VCP has 8's and better that have brought good prices Latest Auction Prices for: PSA 8 - Average Price: $107.50 just an example of one of the cards
I guess you're the expert. Not sure why you would even ask. It's not the way all of them were made. It's a way a lot of them come. If you submit cards without the cuts and obvious wrinkles seen in the scans, then you will get high grades. If you submit the cards pictured you will get low grades and they won't sell for the cost of grading. Instead of just looking at prices on 8's look at the pictures of the cards in 8 holders. Here's an example with the cut.http://www.ebay.com/itm/360580367728

I stand corrected on the cut in the bottom. The top card without the cut would have graded nice I believe, and it's so nice that some people here are so friendly with others. I have a call into PSA just to make sure, doesn't hurt to ask . But thank me for your total friendly insight !!!
I'm not sure what calling PSA will accomplish as you're not likely to talk to somebody that will know the issue with the cards. Just look at a bunch of pictures of higher grade cards on VCP and you won't see the cuts. Then look at the pictures and selling prices of the low grade cards and the decision as to whether or not to submit will be clear.
