A Few New Additions: Unopened 1967 & 1970 Munson Cellos & 1972 Topps Baseball Rack Pack

I just got these packs over the past couple of days and wanted to share them with the board.
As many here know, my collection is focused primarily on 1970s baseball, but I rarely see a 1967 cello with a top card centered as nicely as this one.

Next up, a 1970 Topps baseball 2nd series jumbo cello pack with the Capotain's RC on back, freshly graded and straight from the Fritsch warehouse.

And lastly, a 1972 Topps baseball 1st/2nd series rack pack--I am always looking for racks from 1972-1973, as those years, in particular 1972, always seem to very seldom come up for sale, in comparison with 1971 rack packs. Oddly enough, while 1971 racks are fairly easy to find in one form or another, 1971 cello packs (and wax packs) are exceedingly scarce. If anyone here has a 1971 Topps baseball cello pack they'd be willing to sell, please PM me!![image](https://us.v-cdn.net/6027503/uploads/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif)

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
That's the second 1970 cello I've seen with Munson on the back. This one doesn;t seem to be in the flip sequence
from the Fritsch submission. Any idea on where it came from?
The 1972 rack is also a tough find.
Thanks for sharing.
Dave
Now how about we see what's inside? :-)

David, the '70 Munson cello is direct from Fritsch. They listed a bunch of PSA graded 1970 cello packs from their most recent submission with cert #s 21141XXX.
Robert, I have a few racks in which cards were inserted upside in (usually) one section, typically the section from the different series (in this case the middle section which is the 2nd series section).
Nate, the '67 cello was from a full box that was submitted to PSA a while back. The owner had purchased it from a widow who had saved a couple of boxes of unopened packs ('67 3rd and 4th series) from when her husband had owned a variety store. There are still some finds out there, but they are getting tougher and tougher to come by!
Justin, don't tempt me, LOL!

Tim pays me peanuts to entertain his packs while they wait! Here I am pictured doing the Snuffy Shuffle in front of Mr. Grote's new acquisitions:
More sweet stuff Tim! Congratulations on the pickups! Keep em coming!
Dang, Snuffy, you gots mad Photoshop skillz!

I never knew about the differentials between 71 and 72 Topps. Why do you think that is? Was there production differences between the two years with Topps?

I see you are cutting back on your security costs by hiring Snuffy for peanuts. Need to cut back someplace to keep buying unopened these days.

and I cant help myself, 1972 section 1 has AL Batting leaders, Pirates Team card, Billy Martin...

Looks like someone followed your lead and bought the Niekro 10 pack. I saw both when they first came up and
was thought about them but stayed strong. Both are great pickups knowing they are from Fritsch and a solid
pedigree.

A PSA 10 Pirates team card #1 would be nice!
