The Jordan was pack pulled from a PSA 8 pack that I cracked on my birthday in March. I sold the card RAW to board member BECK6 who submitted it and got the PSA 9. He then traded me the PSA 9 back for a PSA 9 Jordan sticker that I already had, so I could say that I pack pulled my PSA 9 sticker. I thought that was pretty cool of Tim Becker!

Matt, those are all sweet, but the Mathewson seems more sharp and centered than the grade. Is there a little focus/registration issue going on, or is that the scanner?

Did the Victoria's Secret catalogue arrive as well?

Nice to see your t206s. Awesome! Next up: wags?

Thanks Guys, I think all the cards are graded accurately. The Mathewson maybe could grade a 6 on a good day in my opinion, but Nick hit it head on, it's a touch out of focus. Great color in the card, but the registration is a touch off.

The Jackie Robinson has a hit corner on the upper right that for some reason does not show up in the scan, but when under a loupe you can see. My old Clemente RC had the identical problem.

The Cobb is nice, but I think it's a solid 5.

Thanks for all the comments and feedback, I really appreciate it.

Wow, great cards! For many, that small grouping would make for a pretty cool collection, and I've yet to see you post a card that's weak for the grade.

    Matt,
Those cards are great pieces to add to the PC. It is pretty bad when a nice 1963 Topps Koufax gets overlooked when next to the other cards you have there. Great eye appeal of those T206 cards.

    Matt,

Damn nice cards. I actually like the Matty over the Cobb as far as presentation goes. The 63 Koufax is killer. It is one of my top 3 Koufax cards.

Matt, awesome pickups as usually. Looks like you've been busy. image

The thing I always notice about the cards you post is the great centering they have. IMO it makes the cards present better than the given grade.

And hats off to Tim for swapping the Jordan stickers with you. image

Looking forward to seeing what you track down at the National.
