Perth Mint started a couple of years ago producing the old-looking silver bars.
I see now more companies are getting into the business.
Whatcha think?
edited to add: I think only Heraeus comes in different sizes, from 250g to 1 kilo.

Premium is obviously high.
Scottsdale sells the 100g for $89, Apmex has the Heraeus 250g in the $240 range and the 500g in the $450 range.
I have seen Perth bars only on eBay mainly from one seller (which I wouldn't do business with anymore), the sell close to $30/oz.
Some of the new poured bars are around $8 an oz over spot. For not much more you can purchase the more common old poured bars. The older poured bars IMO have more potential as garner collector premiums.
