Another eBay Jerk to block

As most know I have been occupied last 3 weeks with recovery of my 15 yo daughter who suffered cardiac arrest at a Royals game on May 23. Literally days before this occured I had sold approximately 8-9 items and a handful got labels mixed up by mistake. Once I had started checking emails while in ICU at children's hospital (about a week later) I had noticed a couple emails stating that they had received wrong items. No big deal. I sent apology email and said I would mail asap once we returned home and refund shipping both ways. Everyone understood, sent cards back etc. This one jerk had also received the wrong items and never sent back the original. I go ahead and mail the correct card once I had returned home almost 3 weeks later. This is what happens today:

    I read about your daughter and am truly sorry to hear of the situation. The situation, though, is not the business of any of your customers. While you are free to reach out to them for compassion, some people will fake this in order to scam people. Therefore it is best never to offer personal info like this in business. Just take care of your daughter, the ebay stuff is meaningless either way.

    Posting this guy's name and contact information on a public forum may not be the wisest choice. I think just his eBay ID would be sufficient.

    Hope your daughter is on her way to a full recovery. Even if one feels there is a 95% chance they are getting a tall tale there is no reason for a nasty reply if only for the chance it is the one time the story is true.

    Went on a date with my wife. First time in about 6 weeks. Just got home and noticed his personal contact info in the copied ebay and emails. Edited to remove. Even though he is an a-hole I do not want to be one as well. Just block this jerk from your list. Daughter is doing great. Dr. appointment Tuesday with cardio. Funny story....Royals called me yesterday and wanted to send her something, set her up in a suite sometime this season and asked her "Who is your favorite Royals player?"...assuming we were Royals fans. She replies: " I do not have a favorite Royals player".....but I like Albert Pujols. That was great.

    Another idiot that uses his ebay anonymity to act like a big bad guy who has to rule every transaction in his life and ebay. Block the idiot and give a refund; be done with him. As it has been stated before: Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. Not my quote, but I like it...

    From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

    The guy's response was completely out of line and beyond rude, but I agree with the quote above.
    Always buying 1971 OPC Baseball packs.
