Proof Merc Newp: White Label Rattler?

Picked this up earlier this week. I liked the coin alot and the slab stuck out as one I've never seen before. The rattler has a white label, it doesn't appear to be a green one that has turned. The label also does not have the light horizontal creases that the green rattler labels have. Anyone know anything about this potential slab variety?
The coin is also stunning, my favorite proof merc I've ever seen. Zero hairlines, luster, crisp strike, seemingly VERY original surfaceslight lavender toning with light yellow and oranges on the rim. Definitely a stunning coin in a potentially cool slab! Win, win!
Comments on the coin and ideas on the slab are welcome!

Looking for Top Pop Mercury Dime Varieties & High Grade Mercury Dime Toners.
Very scarce.
Here's a display that PCGS did for their 25th anniversary in 2011:
<< <i>Yep, that's an example of the original white-label rattlers. They don't have ribbed creases in the paper, and they all have serial numbers starting with 108xxxx. The plastic is also clear, as opposed to the light blue/purple tint on later rattlers. These were the first coins ever slabbed by PCGS.

Congrats! Nice piece of plastic - the coins not bad either.
So this holder dates back to 1986? The Reagen Administration?

I can not say "lock gold" from these pics - one hopes Are those some sort of early prongs? Thank goodness no one said 'dip it!"
