    Just don't refill it on-line.

<< <i>You are safe until the government tells you to turn in your stash.

(You say) "I don't have any PM!"
(Government) Hands you copies of every bill, every e-mail and every website you have ever ordered from, plus copies of your tax returns.
    (Government) "You sure about that?"
(You say) (Frowny faced) "Let me get my shovel." >>

"Let me get my shovel"? I wouldn't give up that easily. I'd tell them that I sold my stash and it got lost with USPS.

If someone is planning on telling lies to police and/or federal agents, perhaps they are a person of interest to authorities

Wouldn't it depend on what questions the government is asking? Aren't there some questions that the government shouldn't be asking because the answers aren't any of the government's business?

Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.
