Did I get a good deal?

At my coin club last night I bought 20 silver rounds for $24 each. They are labeled "silver trade unit" with a set of scales on one side and an eagle on the other side. There is a small "NWTM" which I'm guessing means they were made by the North West Territorial Mint. Did I get a good deal? Do these carry any premium over the usual Happy Birthday or Merry Christmas silver rounds where there is no indication of who made it? He also sold me eight uncirculated 1964 Kennedy halves for $8 each which is close to melt so I'm assuming that was a good deal.

<< <i>Thanks for the responses so far. Am I the only one here that avoids silver rounds and bars where there is no identifying logo or mark identifying the maker? >>
I'm leary now, definitely. The only ones I think I still have like that are some casino middles I got for no particular reason, and 2 valentine ones I got for me and the wife way back when we first got married. Traded all my 'generic' stuff back in '11 for some yellow for just that reason (and the gsr was smoking), now it's mainly gov/namebrand.
Many members on this forum that now it cannot fit in my signature. Please ask for entire list.

Yesterday evening it was a much better deal than it is now.
