When submitting coins for crossover do they all have to be cross at any grade or all minimum grade or can one mix and match?

You can mix and match. No issues there.

Right. Each line item can be different.

I used to say "no minimum" when I just wanted it in PCGS plastic. Turns out "no minimum" means "not lower, cross at grade or better" to PCGS. Better to say "any grade". Whatever.
