Nice coin and a great buy, but I don't see the luster you speak of. I generally associate the term "luster" with a coin being shiny or reflective. Yours is flat and devoid of any of this. JMHO

It's "flat and devoid" of luster in those pictures because it looks like the light used for the photograph was diffused to death. I think if you put proper lighting on this coin it would be quite a show-stopper.
