    The 1879-CC dollar was made with the "reverse of '79." I see no reason to question this piece so far authenticity is concerned.
    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

    I only looked at the first raw one since that was where I thought he was going.

    It was a good link to item...281110065054, Ebay pulled the auction....I cant bring it up anymore....I guess that answers my initial question....LOL....
