Looks like a good honest not messed with coin. I like it. I would guess 30 but would not be shocked at all by 35 with the detail visible in the skirt, flag, and wings.
Tough call - the reverse looks to be a higher grade than the obverse, maybe due to how it was stored, etc. I'll split the difference and go with VF25, with a shot at 30 because of the exceptional original appearance.

I was in the VF range. The coin is very clean, which sort of made it difficult because a lot of the detail I am used to having accented by grime, just wasn't. Anyways, great coin!

I do like a little grunge in the crevices.
The 16-D it replaced was kind of blah. PCGS gave this one a 20.
