Nice coin and not too much money in my opinion.

Very nice strike for a 1892-o. A very scarce date to find nice. The coin is graded properly at MS63. I agree with shortgapbob. Not too much money for a 1892-O. Usually that seller is way overpriced. It seems to have a full strike on the reverse also-but the picture is kinda blurry. I just hope it looks just as good in hand. Good buy IMHO.

That IS a really nice coin! I'm not a fan of 'tarnish', so, this new Morgan, well, it's a very 'sexy' coin you got there, and for a rather decent price. I think you got all you could possibly hope to get with this coin, IMO. Congrats!!! I really love the coin!
    I'll come up with something.

A really nice coin, very solid for the grade. A nice better date coin - excellent value in MS 63, jumps to 1200 in MS 64 (CW)

Congrats on a super acquisition. I really like the coins luster and eye appeal.

Hope that you didn't hex yourself.....posting about it before it's in-hand.....I've been guilty of that before. image

Your 92-O looks like it could have semi-prooflike fields seeing the contrast against the devices, good looking Morgan.

Here is one with nice luster.

Your Morgan is an extremely nice example, HighRelief. That is a very nice MS example. You hit the nail on the head, with the OP's coin showing semi-prooflike fields....that contrast against the devices.....that is what makes the OP's example 'sexy' to me. It does have a few marks on the cheek, and I think it's going to forever vanquish it to an MS63, andthat coin is so much more than a 63, to me. I would LOVE that coin in my collection (the OP might be getting a PM, as every time I look at this coin, I find myself really wanting a Morgan JUST LIKE THIS ONE. ...lol)

Though, had I realized it was not 'in hand' (and the sell date stared at me), I wouldn't have responded until it WAS in hand. SeattleSlammer is right, I hope you didn't hex yourself!! Show us a real image of that luscious thing when it IS in hand, please!! I'd need to see the average forum 'great shot' on that coin, as I can see it possibly in PL, and the spread on that is big...that is just too nice a coin. This is my idea of the perfect Morgan, JM2CW, and I don't go ga-ga, or 'gush' over Morgans, but, man, this one has certainly made an impression on me. Needs to get into the right holder....possibly a slight chance at an upgrade, given the coin as a whole, and a PL desig?????? I'd love to find out.
    I'll come up with something.
  • The coin is not for sale. I have no photo skills at all and at my age with disabilities I will not try --- If I ever sell the coin it will go to Great Collections (where I sell all my coins).
