Looks mostly like other cases were stack on top of that one. They don't look too bad. Downward pressure would cause the edges of the boxes to pop, but won't bother the cards. I'd be more concerned about gum seepage that would ruin cards. This is all assuming the tape seal that OPC uses is in tact.
How can you really tell ?. If they are perfect like the recent 82 Topps baseball wax boxes that BBCE recenly sold out in 24hrs then its evident. Alot of these boxes were stored in garages and warehouse for years and moved around. Does the tape that appears to seal the boxes have any bearing on the claim? Are the OPC boxes that much more difficult to find vs the Topps boxes? I obviously didn't answer your question with more questions. I'm sure there will some folks here that will help out

I've gotten boxes from a BBCE sealed case that had side seams split and covers/lids torn off so you can't assume all boxes from sealed cases are going to be perfect.

<< <i>I think the OP may be referring to the pictures of the boxes. Are OPC boxes typically 'taped' shut beforing sealing the case? >>
Yes
