Usually only 1 proof error escapes the mint and is normally unique for the date... So I was shocked to see another and had to snatch it up image

I know there are few of the proof DOC quarters with partial collars. I don't remember if they were clad or silver though.
I also know I've seen Mount Hood silver partial collars, but maybe they were just the ones that you have here.image
Do these have a strong partial collar, or is there only a very thin ring that wasn't contained by the collar?

As usual, another outstanding pickup. Though I do have a question: fraternal or identical?

Yeah there's a few District of Columbia Duke Ellington's which are all Clad and they have such a minor P/C you've really gotta search for it.
You've probably just seen my Mount Hood as I've posted here and ATS as gosh if another was out there I would have hunted it down.
I don't have the top one here with me as it's in SDB at the bank, but the lower newp is a far better P/C.

Great coins, and certainly very rare.
