I'm guessing AU from the apparent wear on the reverse rim, if that's not wear 64.

I've always said you can't accurately grade from a photo or scan, but this piece, in my mind, has the appearance of an MS65/66.

Of course I can be wrong...

I was at MS 65 before I saw the slab. So, the coin looks properly graded. In-hand, coins like this could indicate some upside potential, or not.
