Error guys, Lincoln cent blank planchet.... dual error??

I have owned many different blank planchets from cents to dollars but I have never seen one like this before.

    Looks like damage to an ordinary planchet to me.

    At first glance it appears to be a damaged planchet... but it looks like collar scars on one side and an opposite side indent maybe. image

    Looks like PMD since there appears to be foreign metal on the edge of the damage...ICBW..but without having it in hand I cannot be certain. Cheers, RickO

    Looks like damage, but there's a slight chance it could be a mint error. If it was, it was just barely in the striking chamber.

    I'm going to say it's damaged (and if it's not damaged, I doubt you'd ever be able to prove that it's not damage, and even if you could, it would not be worth more than $1 or so.)

    It looks like a tiny off-center uniface strike that was folded over after the strike.
