I don't collect nickels, let alone modern nickels, but I buy/sell them occasionally. The ones I handle usually don't interest me much, but this one spoke to me, so I've decided to hang onto it. Also partly because the pics turned out nice, and because it'll be cheap to keep.

Some of my favorite coins in my collection are ones I paid only a few bucks for - I'm sure some of you can relate. It goes to show you can still enjoy this hobby w/out spending bookoo dollar for those darned "top pops" or "R7s"

*Gasp*... Too bad I just realized I have to admit I collect modern coins now

I have a 1964 Jefferson Nickel with the exact same toning, but the strike is not nearly as good, and any attempted photos wouldn't be nearly as sharp. Well done!
