the rattler was commonly counterfeited. from my understanding that is partly what led to the changing/evolution of the holders. same with currency as i understand it.

i'll look to see if i have any ogh images of counterfeits but nothing is jumping out at me.

Counterfeits of the first generation thin rattler slabs appeared soon after PCGS opened its doors, although the
coins were genuine, the grades were not. I don't recall any reported OGH slabs but how do you prove something
doesn't exist?
