High VF, should slab, decent eye appeal (the streaks hold it back a bit).
of the surfaces in hand should answer that for you, hairlines or dull, wiped looking areas in the fields might be a problem...

A very strong 30 but just not quite good enough to warrant an EF grade, IMHO. There are also some distractions, as noted.
Still, a nice coin.
